Just wanted to say that we have bought dodges for years and had dealt with one dealership for years. We went to Jeff Schmitt south and purchased a new Chevy truck. It took a few days to get everything in order but George, Jim and Mike worked so hard and did what they had to do to get me in something great with a reasonable cost and out of my negative equity! After we agreed on some numbers, We quickly met Patrick Cade, the finance manager, and he helped me expedite the paperwork pretty quick after I mentioned I needed to leave in a short time while taking care of me on the financing, the total loss protection, and the Easycare service plan. I never bought it before, but Patrick was very upfront, informative,professional, and enlightening so it all made sense to upgrade and was very satisfied with the overall transaction although he seemed to be having an issue with his printer at the time. Jonathan and Patrick were very cordial and easy to talk to. It felt like was buying my 4th car from them. At end of the purchase, I met the sales manager, Jim Anderson, who thanked us for giving him the business and ensured that I was satisfied.
