We walked into the dealership looking for a deal. We found it in a year old car that was half the original sticker price, low miles, and looked like a new car. It still had the warranty. The sales guy, Joe Freeman was especially helpful in the whole experience. He and Pat, the finance guy, did wonders and worked hard getting us the lowest interest rate on the loan. The addon's to the car, like insurance and extended warranty were meaningful and inexpensive, unlike other places we visited. I would highly recommend Joe for your salesman and lt Pat look for lower rates. I am a life long customer based on my first visit...we will be back. More

Casey was great, and the rest of the staff at the dealership was great, and for that reason, I would recommend this dealership. But on the other hand, Mike the finance guy, was not, and that would ma dealership was great, and for that reason, I would recommend this dealership. He was trying to sell us an extended warranty, and wouldn't take "no" for an answer, and wouldn't continue our paperwork process. My husband finally got VERY upset and walked out of the office and dealership. Long story short, everyone except Mike came out to apologize to him for the incident. My husband vowed never to step foot back on the property for that reason. "If he (Mike) had came out to apologize, I would've reconsidered". More

I had no plans of buying a new car. I was enjoying not having a car payment. I was on my way out of town and after a 45 minute stop at Auto Zone to find out they didn't know what they were doing I decided having a car payment. I was on my way out of town and after a 45 minute stop at Auto Zone to find out they didn't know what they were doing I decided to stop in at Jeff Schmidt Chevrolet to see if they could put in a new fuse for me so I could use my GPS. Casey was very helpful, put in a new fuse and got me on the road. But not before he could talk to me about my 2006 and the miles, what a good trade in. So when I got back into town I made an appt to come in and test drive a Cruze, later that night I drove my new car home. My only complaint is I spent over 4 hours of my evening there, that is after working a 8 hour day. It was a very long day and then I couldn't enjoy my new car, I drove it home so I could grab dinner and get ready for work the next day. My other complaint is I gave the amount of payment I could afford but I walked out with a payment that is 100.00 over my minimum payment. I could have spoken up but everything moved so fast I guess I didn't have time to think about it. This is going to put a damper in my wallet. Other than that I had a wonderful buying experience, everyone was so nice and helpful. I am happy with my purchase. More

Ms Debra Marrero responded to my email request for Avalanche availability. She send a very informative reply, unlike other dealers.
