I must say when I or anyone in the family purchase another vehicle I want to be sure that I deal with these two gentlemen. This dealership is very aggressive at selling GAP insurance. You have the right to cancel within 60 days according to the contract and they keep $50. He called Michelle and she said they have had the money back from the insurer but she didn't know who to send it to. Then I had to drive down to Miamisburg and give them a copy of the cancelled lien. While I was driving to the dealership Michelle finally called me back and stated as soon as she got a fax of my paperwork she would release the check. I gave the paperwork to Johnathan Miller who told me he had faxed it. When I got home two hours later Michelle still had not received the fax. She was going to call him and assured me she had the check sitting on her desk ready for release. Today I tried calling Michelle again and of course she hasn't called me back.
