I called on Friday July 23 to have a recall service done on one of the brake components, that I was told would take approximately 45 minutes to repair. The service was scheduled for Monday July 25, 2011 at on one of the brake components, that I was told would take approximately 45 minutes to repair. The service was scheduled for Monday July 25, 2011 at 0730 am. I showed up at 0725 and they said I was not on the service list. They asked who I talked to and I told them I did not recall who I spoke to. They then told me I would need to re-schedule. I told them any day would be fine at 0730am because I work at 0900am. They then said I would need to leave it with them and that they did not know how long it would take. Then they followed up with a statement that it would take two hours. By the time I walked out the door, I never heard a apology. No, "I'm sorry about the inconvenience." No, "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding." The service person, Anthony Leet, made it seem like it was my fault I showed up when they told me to. Since this dealer, Jeff Schmitt, bought Sarra Chevy, it has turned for the worst. More
