Never was he pushy, but instead, very persistent in a "can-do" way. The financing/trade-in portion of the experience with Mario Macintosh was equally positive. Mario was very energetic and enthusiastic and a joy to work with. The whole staff, including the Custodian who offered to go out of her way to get us a box to clean out the vehicle that we were trading in, was very respectful of our wish for a quick and seamless transaction. I requested this, along with no surprises, since we were leaving for vacation that afternoon and they honored my wishes. I was tempted to use the phrase, "rose to the occasion", but I truly sensed that this is simply how they do business day in and day out, hence the reason why I am committed to recommending them to all my friends and family.
