It's the people: Jason Moore (Svc) & Tim Holbrook (Sales) Jason Moore: over the years, has consistently treated customers with respect and empathy. He explains in clear, balanced terms. He explains details at the practical level, tuning in to the level of technical detail the customer wants. He cultivates a long-term trust relationship: he''ll come up with creative suggestions to save the customer time or money, and does not seem to just up-sell as some tech reps do. In one instance when the body shop missed a detail, late one evening, he and the service manager personally fixed the issue - when they could have easily asked me to return the car the next day. Tim Holbrook: is your soft-spoken sales guy who does tune in to the other person. No hard sales or pushy up-selling. He was straight-up on what could be done or couldn't. He did not evade issues as many salespeople do, dumping the blame on management or other departments. When little issues emerged after the sale was completed, he came up with workarounds to fix them with the least hassle to the customer. I have dealt with other Wyler personnel in other locations, and the company has its fair share of the characters that give the auto business a bad rap: but these two (Jason Moore / Service; Tim Holbrook / Sales); stand out as stand-up, get-it-done guys. Jeff Wyler has the largest selection in the area. I went to a new dealer and was promised the 2016 Jeep Wrangler with all my specifications while waiting on the delivery 48 hrs. Later they still could I went to a new dealer and was promised the 2016 Jeep Wrangler with all my specifications while waiting on the delivery 48 hrs. Later they still couldn't deliver on their promises. Needless to say the previous dealership left a sour taste so I proceeded to the Jeff Wyler Eastgate location and while the had several 2016 Jeep Wrangler the specific one I wanted was not on that lot; but within 15 minutes Greg located it at the Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas K dealership. Not only did Greg deliver on the promise he was able to give me am additional lifetime warranty, Gap Insurance, & lifetime coverage on the paint! All of it was $ for $ less than the competition! This is my third vehicle purchase with Jeff Wyler in 2 years.... I am never going anywhere else! Thanks Greg you made this lady very happy! More

Madison at Jeff Wyler in responded quickly to my ongoing email dialog as we closed in on a deal. She was the only one who sent a short video of the Durango model I was interested in. She worked with me to find a jointly agreeable price and trade-in on my vehicle. She was ready for me when I arrived and made me feel comfortable. More
