We are very sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred when visiting our dealership. Unfortunately, there is nothing they could do about you not receiving the 20% off from GM. You chose not to purchase the truck on the last night it was available and once it is over, we cannot violate GM's terms. When a customer is told that a deal is not going to be good the next day, it usually rings true but unfortunately some people either choose to take their chances or they do not believe the dealer. As for the items that were to be added, it seems there was a miscommunication on how that was going to be handled. According to the manager they were going to offset the charges for the additional items by giving you more for your trade. We are very sorry for all of the confusion and for everything that transpired. Thank you for taking the time to bring all of this to our attention. Hopefully we will able to handle a situation like this better in the future.

There was no misunderstanding on my part or your managers , A deal was made ,financing was approved. They did not deliver the truck I signed for ,left me in the dark for almost 2 days. It is apparent from your response that no matter what the truth is , you manager can spin it any way he sees fit and that is what matters . I had my 12 yr old grandson with me ,he knows what was said but I will explain to him it was just miscommunication.
