He answered some difficult questions (which I already knew the answers) and clearly informed me of advantages to some surprisingly small features which quickly helped me make a decision to lease a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I saved quite a bit of expenditures and frustrations with the entire staff. I had already talked with two other dealerships and their info or explanations were vague or confusing and felt like they thought I had just fallen off the proverbial turnip truck!!! Andrew listened to what I was looking for ,what I needed, and the limits I was willing to spend. I can truthfully say "I came in expecting quick double talk and hurry make a decision!
