I could keep driving my 200,000 +miles, Honda Accord, but start looking. I liked the Masda6, and had seen good reviews, but never driven one. I initially clicked on a site just to get a price for advanced financing information. My whole experience was no pressure and they were there to help me find the right car for me. Within minutes I received a call from Codey Goins and asked me how he could help me. I was explained that I wasn't that serious, but wanted to come in and test drive a Masda6. He explained that there was no pressure and answered some questions I had. He e-mailed me his information, just in case I had more questions. His supervisor called just to check and make sure that Codi had provided what I needed. I told him Codi had and was very helpful. I would probably come in on the weekend. Saturday I felt ready to just go test drive and then think about it for a few days. Codi was busy with another customer, so I explained I could wait since I hadn't made an appointment. His associate, Justin Smedley came to assist and asked me what color I wanted to test drive. I told him I didn't care, because I was just test driving. After about 15 minutes fo driving on diffferent roads, I was actually hooked, but wanted to drive around some different road conditions for confirmation of how well the car handled curvy roads and acceleration on to the highway. The whole time Justin was able to answer questions about the Masda6 and other vehicles my lady and I were interested in. We settled on a price, gave me the best quotes for financing through my credit union and a couple others. I called my insurance company to verify I was covered and my lady drove it of the lot, while I drove my old car home. Very knowledgeable, very efficient Buying a new car takes forever, let's face it. I had already selected my car before walking in and it still took 3 hours. That is inevitable. Our experience there was top notch!!! From the saleman Mario, to the finance manager, to the staff in the showroom, we couldn't be more pleased. We got a fabulous car at a great price and decided to finance part of the purchase because their interest rates were so low. I will definitley be a repeat customer to Jeff Wyler, hopefully with Mario as our saleman. He was patient and understanding, explained everything to me and then spent time with my daughter, showing her some of the options on her new car before we even made the deal. His personality, knowledge and patience will make me return to him anytime I'm in the market for a used car. More
