Though I was hesitant to buy a new car and take on a car payment I knew it was time to cut my losses. I needed a car fast, like that day. I didn't know where to start. I went to Jeff Wyler after work and after talking to Dave at Kia I decided to go for it. I left there that night with my new Forte. Dave went above and beyond. He stayed late but I never felt rushed. He explained everything and was so patient and down to earth. It was the most low pressure pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would definitely not hesitate to send referrals to Dave when the opportunity arises. Tim in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. Late at night he patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. More

I Highly recommend Trevis Ryle Trevis was very low key and not pushy at all. He obviously knows cars and I felt like i was getting advice from a trusted friend. Great experience very good day I walked in dreading being at a dealership because well we all know why, pushy sales associates, feeling like you are being taken for a very long terr I walked in dreading being at a dealership because well we all know why, pushy sales associates, feeling like you are being taken for a very long terrible ride. Well we met kristan and were immediately put at ease by her she didn't push she let us lead the way wel test driver several vehicles (a few of which just because we wanted to see what the car was like) she was calm never rushed us and even when doing the paper work was friendly right up till we left never felt like it was a rushed process or like we being pushed in any direction unlike some dealerships we went to. I just wanted my key and floor mats Hi! My husband and I traded in his dodge cummins for a 2015 Jeep wrangler. Upon further inspection the floor mats in the front of the vehicle during t Hi! My husband and I traded in his dodge cummins for a 2015 Jeep wrangler. Upon further inspection the floor mats in the front of the vehicle during the test drive had been removed after they cleaned it so after we got home we realized we had NO front floor mats. The dealership also said they would mail us our 2nd key, but I had to send an email inquiry about it and then had to contact the key maker myself to set up an appointment for him to make a digital copy. I meet with him tomorrow, hopefully he doesn't try to bill be since this was supposed to be included in the price of the Jeep. Also there was no front license plate bracket on the front of the Jeep. It's an Ohio state law that there must be a front license plate.... where the heck am I supposed to put this???? Just so you are aware, I have mentioned these things in email form to my sales person who will not acknowledge my request in anyway shape or form, not a denial or even a nod that I have asked about the floor mats TWICE now. The key maker was even surprised and offended that I was having to set up our meeting. Nice. Way to keep it classy Wyler. More
