Have been here several times and always disappointed by them I am disappointed in the service and professionalism of this place. I was burned before on a previous service but I thought I would give them a secon I am disappointed in the service and professionalism of this place. I was burned before on a previous service but I thought I would give them a second chance with warranty work. It was a mistake as I brought my car in for warranty work and walked out with a $139 bill! I complained to the service manager Fran and he said he would take care of it. I brought the car back in for the work that they never fixed right the first time around. They fixed it and never refunded my charge! I called several times to the service assistant and manager and never got a check that was promised to me. Stay away from this stealership! They are dishonest and do shoddy work. More

I filled out the questionnaire and my information on Wednesday, August 6, 2020, and they sent an email from Skylar Morgan, who is listed as the Used Car Sales Consultant. According to the website, the dealership closes at 8:00 p.m., but the email that I received stated that they were closed at 7:07 p.m. I called the number listed on the email and Skylar answered it by saying, “Yeah, what’s up.” If this is the companies issued phone, then he should have professionally answered the phone. (Strike 1) I proceeded by saying. I will call the dealership. Let’s fast forward to today, August 7, 2020. Transcript: SM:8:01 a.m.-Hi Alicia, Any questions I can answer for you? AN:10:27 a.m.- Good morning, Skylar: I am interested in purchasing the BMW X3. What is the best out the door price? SM:10:38 a.m.- Internet plus tax title license and dealer fees AN: 11:26 a.m.- Do you deliver? SM: 11:27 a.m.- Within 100 miles AN: 3:58 p.m.-Okay, Skylar. Thanks, let me call you so that I can clarify some things. AN: 3:59 p.m.- What is your best contact number? SM: 5138019543 At 4:00 p.m., I call the number given, and Skylar answers the phone unprofessional. I asked him if he was able to talk or if it was a bad time. He said, yeah, he could speak. I proceeded to ask him questions regarding the next steps of purchasing the vehicle. He shared that their dealership does not do outside financing, plus someone was there looking at the car now. I proceed by saying, I wished you would have shared that information at first, then we would not have had to go back and forth through email. In a very arrogant tone, he clearly stated that this is a car dealership, and he is in the business of selling cars. He says that he will connect me with another sales consultant before he finished speaking, he hung up in my intentional face. (Strike 2) I have called the dealership back several times and left messages and have yet to talk with Tim Nix, Ron (Unsure of the last name), or the General Manager Noah Brewer. (Strike 3) Please note that as a customer, I should be valued and treated with respect. Fabulous new car and amazing people!! I went into Jeff Wyler Mazda praying that I could get an SUV bc I absolutely hated my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I was going to have negative equity so I wa I went into Jeff Wyler Mazda praying that I could get an SUV bc I absolutely hated my 2018 Ford Ecosport. I was going to have negative equity so I was hoping to be able to get a newer used car but totally expecting to have to get a much older car. I met with Eric Reardon and he was WONDERFUL! There was a gentleman sitting in the desk next to him who was great and then Brandon was just as amazing! Eric promised to do whatever he could to help me get into a new SUV and he did just that! They closed at 730 but he said they would stay there as long as it took to get me a new car and finish everything that same night. At just before 10pm, I drove out of there with a 2020 Mazda CX5. Absolutely gorgeous car!! These guys were so nice, helpful and genuinely cared about their customer. Brandon took the time to go over different details of the car, helped my daughter get my cel hooked up to the car and even preset my fav channels on the radio. I cannot possibly say enough positive things about these guys, Mazda or Jeff Wyler in general. All too often, people go straight to social media and say how awful their experience was but no one takes the time to tell about the good experiences. Well my experience this time will have me coming back forever and I will send anyone who needs a car there as well!!! More
