I just wanted my key and floor mats Hi! My husband and I traded in his dodge cummins for a 2015 Jeep wrangler. Upon further inspection the floor mats in the front of the vehicle during t Hi! My husband and I traded in his dodge cummins for a 2015 Jeep wrangler. Upon further inspection the floor mats in the front of the vehicle during the test drive had been removed after they cleaned it so after we got home we realized we had NO front floor mats. The dealership also said they would mail us our 2nd key, but I had to send an email inquiry about it and then had to contact the key maker myself to set up an appointment for him to make a digital copy. I meet with him tomorrow, hopefully he doesn't try to bill be since this was supposed to be included in the price of the Jeep. Also there was no front license plate bracket on the front of the Jeep. It's an Ohio state law that there must be a front license plate.... where the heck am I supposed to put this???? Just so you are aware, I have mentioned these things in email form to my sales person who will not acknowledge my request in anyway shape or form, not a denial or even a nod that I have asked about the floor mats TWICE now. The key maker was even surprised and offended that I was having to set up our meeting. Nice. Way to keep it classy Wyler. More
