I was not expecting a brand new car but that is what I drove home in :) This is my first brand new car and I love it. They were very personable and easy to work with, like we were old friends. There were a few negatives to my personal experience. Mark in service was fantastic. - Financing was backed up. I asked if we could just set an appointment to take care of it later and they just kept stringing me along saying just a few minutes until they were finally ready for me. - The title / registration ended up not being processed properly. I'm not entirely sure it was the dealers fault. But after having leased / bought over 10 cars in the past decade, I've never had this happen before. It didn't come to my attention until it was time for me to renew my tags. More
