When we arrived we were approached my Trevis Ryle and we loved every minute of our car buying experience. He made us comfortable, informed us of all of our options, and was very knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot. We left happy with two new cars and we felt as though we were treated fairly and with respect. I would go back to Eastgate Auto Mall and work with Trevis any day. More

There were a few negatives to my personal experience. Mark in service was fantastic. - Financing was backed up. I asked if we could just set an appointment to take care of it later and they just kept stringing me along saying just a few minutes until they were finally ready for me. - The title / registration ended up not being processed properly. I'm not entirely sure it was the dealers fault. But after having leased / bought over 10 cars in the past decade, I've never had this happen before. It didn't come to my attention until it was time for me to renew my tags. More
