Service Call Center Stinks Approx a week ago, my husband contacted the service department to bring 2 cars in to have the recall work completed on them. He advised the service c Approx a week ago, my husband contacted the service department to bring 2 cars in to have the recall work completed on them. He advised the service center call center that we didn't care if the appointment was 3 weeks out but we wanted to bring both vehicles in at the same time and wait on them. Unfortunately we found out that they put 1 car for "waiting on" and the other car for "drop off". That meant we were unable to have both cars back at the same time and had to leave the one there and now have to go back to pick it up. We contacted the service call center asking them "why" the miscommunication and the agent (Tina - who scheduled the first appt) became extremely defensive, belligerent and rude. Her behavior was extremely shocking and unwarranted. Very disappointing. We have purchased 8-10 cars in the past 20 yrs from Jeff Wyler and will not be back! More

I met Randy Flynn at used cars and I wish I would have met with him from the very beginning! He was very laid back, not high pressured, and he got me in to a car that worked best for me. The whole process with Randy in used cars went very smooth and fast. If he was able to get me in to a nice car, I'm sure he can make it happen for anyone!! Would give more stars if available!! Josh was absolutely amazing. Our day started off so bad with our minivan dying a slow and painful death.
