Service Call Center Stinks Approx a week ago, my husband contacted the service department to bring 2 cars in to have the recall work completed on them. He advised the service c Approx a week ago, my husband contacted the service department to bring 2 cars in to have the recall work completed on them. He advised the service center call center that we didn't care if the appointment was 3 weeks out but we wanted to bring both vehicles in at the same time and wait on them. Unfortunately we found out that they put 1 car for "waiting on" and the other car for "drop off". That meant we were unable to have both cars back at the same time and had to leave the one there and now have to go back to pick it up. We contacted the service call center asking them "why" the miscommunication and the agent (Tina - who scheduled the first appt) became extremely defensive, belligerent and rude. Her behavior was extremely shocking and unwarranted. Very disappointing. We have purchased 8-10 cars in the past 20 yrs from Jeff Wyler and will not be back! More

Skrewed over I just visited your Eastgate Location in response to your online autotrader instant cash offer to purchase my 2013 Mazda5 for $8,950.00, your Sales Ma I just visited your Eastgate Location in response to your online autotrader instant cash offer to purchase my 2013 Mazda5 for $8,950.00, your Sales Manager Steven Young told me how my car was in excellent condition, fully loaded, and better than expected & and he could probably get me even more of a trade in value for my car against a car in your inventory telling me on the phone and emails I could get $9-9.5K depending inspection. After I selected a car to trade for, I was told my Mazda5 had no value & was offered only $4K for it. When I asked about the Autotrader instant cash offer amount Steven Young shrugged and said he didn't know what I was talking about. When I refused to sell for less than 1/2 the current market value, Steven Young withheld the keys to my car. "MY CAR" not Jeff Wyler`s car, MY CAR. I asked 5 times him to return my keys so I could leave each time I asked I got louder, and he refused telling me "this is the best deal you're going to get". I was forced to go into the glass walled office area and make a big scene in order to get my keys back so I could leave. I am embarrassed and humiliated that it had to come to that but Steven Young has no morals or respect for a customer and gives Jeff Wyler a bad name. I "WILL" post this to anyone I know, weather they are looking for a car or not. Those kind of dirty, switcher`roo, strong arm tactics are what I will be telling everyone I know about. More

Flawless, transparent and helpful It was a typical Friday, when all of a sudden my current vehicle decided to blow its engine on the way home from work. Now that kinda sucks after a 24 It was a typical Friday, when all of a sudden my current vehicle decided to blow its engine on the way home from work. Now that kinda sucks after a 24 hour shift! After assistance from AAA and getting my old wheels towed, I sent an email off to Jason Malone, a sales dude from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mall. Yes I was stressed... no wheels meant no transport and that was not cool! An appointment was set up. He listened and asked me what I was looking for. He then he showed me various vehicles that would fit my needs. He wasn't pushy by any means. The whole experience from choosing a vehicle, to financing and of course vehicle delivery was flawless. It did take a little time to write the deal but that is the business. Buying a vehicle can be stressful - this dealership took the stress out of the deal and made it happen. I have had excellent follow up from the dealership ensuring I am 100% happy. Without hesitation I recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to come here - you won't regret it! More
