Found My Dream Van! I had a car (and a price) in mind, and I got both! My 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan has (almost) everything I needed/wanted for my first official car purchase. I have spent time driving the 2015 DGC vans we use at work, and fell in love with the look and ride. I had hopes to buy a 2013, but when that was not an option, good fortune found its way to us and my van pulled onto the lot as a trade in. I have had it since November, and it has safely delivered myself and my daughter to all of the family holiday parties. So far, it has driven well and satisfied my busy life and frequent trips around town, and out of town. Unfortunately, The mirror plate fell off on the freeway (new years eve) and was not covered in my full coverage warranty plan, which was a bummer, but I suppose not everything can go my way. I am happy and comfortable to get in and drive, and that is what matters. I look forward to working with the Eastgate auto mall crew with future oil changes and maintenance. They are a nice group. My opinion of the washing and detailing crew is another matter. They took 4 hrs to clean and detail the car we bought. That is far too much time. If they had stayed off their cell phones and actually worked it would have been finished in far less time. More
