Customer service was terrible, I Drop my vehicle off at 8:30 AM at 6:50 PM had not heard one word from anyone. When I called to check on it they told me they could have someone call me first thing in the m 8:30 AM at 6:50 PM had not heard one word from anyone. After calling back three times finally I spoke with someone that told me I basically had 35 minutes to come pick up my vehicle and it was done. WORST TREATEMENT EVER Worst dealership I have encountered. One car, it looked as if someone had a 2 liter of coke, shook it up and then opened the lid and it exploded all over the top of the vehicle, not just a spot here and there either it was the entire top. Second, while we were looking for a used car and knew our end budget was going to be $10000 we weren't concerned with monthly payments but after they went back and forth with the sales manager, they came at us with $374 a month for 48 months, umm hello, my husband was a math major in college, that equals out to be about $17000-$18000 for a $10000 car and he has perfect credit. So after spending 2-3 hours there, we walked out. So, yesterday, we went to Holman's right across the street. Walked in told them our end budget and walked out in about 35 minutes with a car that was lower than our budget and only $1000 over what they were asking for it (tags and taxes). More

Car work was excellent but safety over coronvirus was lackin I felt that masks worn poorly not covering noses or no masks on man who took my car back for work. I had Lysol wipes with me so I wiped my car before I felt that masks worn poorly not covering noses or no masks on man who took my car back for work. I had Lysol wipes with me so I wiped my car before I sat. But watching other customers come and go no attempt was made to wipe down their seats before someone else sat down. When I got my car back nothing was said about them wiping it down. I immediately wiped all surfaces I felt might have been touched by anyone. I was so worn out thinking about their lack of care of my safety. More
