Professionalism I had car issues on my brand new rogue the day before Labor day. I called the dealership and service department was closed; I talked to sale and Fiaz I had car issues on my brand new rogue the day before Labor day. I called the dealership and service department was closed; I talked to sale and Fiaz and Drew treated me like a stupid idiot and Drew (sales manager) said he would take care of me this one time...like it was a favor to me. my rogue is less than 3 months old less than 4000 miles. I have always bought vehicles from Jeff Wyler in Eastgate, my whole family has and to be treated as such is unacceptable. On a positive note, Mike the service associate was awesome...his attitude was happy and professional and he apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the issue in a timely manner. More

45,000 Mile Service It was time for our 45,000 mile service and we are leaving on a 2,000 mile trip in 2 weeks and we wanted the vehicle checked over for any possible pro It was time for our 45,000 mile service and we are leaving on a 2,000 mile trip in 2 weeks and we wanted the vehicle checked over for any possible problems. As it turned out your service tech recommended we consider new tires and new front brakes. Not wanting to encounter any problems while on vacation, we went ahead and got the tires and brake work done, along with a realignment. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with the work.The only problem we had was - the girl in Scheduling told us we could rent a car from the dealer for $15 and they had none. She should have known that. BK got a car from Enterprise for us or we would have been sitting at the service center from 7:30 (time of our appointment) until 4:00 (the time we picked up our SUV). We were a little worried about qualifying for a loan, as we had a financial set back a couple years ago when we had both lost our jobs. After sitting and talking with us to find out what our thoughts were on vehicles, Sam took us to see the vehicle we originally wanted to see. After the test drive of the 2013 Ford Taurus, we started the financial process. They worked with us and we're able to find us an amazing interest rate, with a payment that fit our budget. Sam was with us every step of the way through the sale, talking to us like we were old friends.
