The used car sales people we had talked to didn't pass any of our information or concerns on to Tony. In the end we purchased a new Sonic. I would recommend Tony to anyone. Another great buying experience at Jeff Wyler! A pricey mechanical issue was discovered on our 2007 Mazda MX-5 Miata, and we made the decision that we did not want to invest in the car any longer. A pricey mechanical issue was discovered on our 2007 Mazda MX-5 Miata, and we made the decision that we did not want to invest in the car any longer. We traded it along with our 2014 Mazda 6 (purchased at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda) on a new 2016 Mazda 6 GT with technology package. We had some negative equity on the Miata, but Brent and the sales manager were able to negotiate a bit more for both trades. When all was said and done, the 2014 Mazda 6 was a dead even trade, and the negative equity on the Miata had been reduced. After our purchase, we noticed a few minor cosmetic issues and Brent has been very gracious in ensuring that they are taken care of, along with providing us a loaner vehicle while the car has been worked on. This is the third new vehicle we have purchased at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Automall, and with excellent sales and service experiences, we will continue to purchase vehicles here as long as we live in Cincinnati.
