At Jeff Wyler Jeep I experienced the most disrespectful treatment while trying to buy my third Jeff Wyler vehicle One star looks like a trend on here. At Jeff Wyler Jeep I experienced the most disrespectful treatment while trying to buy my third Jeff Wyler vehicle. So much for customer loyalty! The only thing that matters is that I was offered a vehicle at a certain price, accepted said price, only for their Jeep managers to pull the rug out from under me. I called them and said I will find a deal I think is fair and get back to you as promised by day's end and be a three-time customer. I upheld my part of the bargain got an offer, and their managers had the salesman's phone off and took turns trying to convince me this was not a "real" offer. An offer is defined as a promise or a gift. I offered, I mean promised, to buy my third vehicle. You are only as good as your word and I would steer clear of Jeff Wyler. I emailed the general sales manager, the Jeep division manager, and even partner David Wyler. The next day as of 2:20 P.M nobody had contacted me in any way. I called to speak to management and at that point the only person I spoke to said he read the email, but failed to mention he didn't care. More

He was very patient with us allowing time for questions and also allowed us time to test driver four vehicles.We also commend Jeff Wyler on Sierra who after purchasing our vehicle explained to us how to use all of the tech comforts on the vehicle before we left the dealership. A much better time! I've been buying new vehicles from the Wyler's group since 1991. I have worked with both good and bad sales people in those years. This go round I m I've been buying new vehicles from the Wyler's group since 1991. I have worked with both good and bad sales people in those years. This go round I made contact over the internet, with response from Mr. Kenton Lang. I expressed my interests for a Kia Optima, gave the stock numbers and was on my way to visiting Wyler again, (The car by the way was for my wife ), so I thought. Wife arrived home and the menu just got changed from a LX to an EX. So I called Mr. Lang and left a message stating the new interest and the stock number of the vehicle and that we were on our way there. We arrived and was greeted with a smile and was told that the car was already. ( 1st choice ). I asked Mr. Lang if had received my message about the change and had not. No big deal though. Our new choice was sitting on the show room floor for our viewing. Wife voiced her opinion, and we proceeded with the paper work for the one on the show room floor. From here we drove the vehicle that was ready, in which basically the same car. Happy with it 100%. Had to redo some paperwork do to change in vehicles. It took a little more time than I wanted, but all in all was a much better buying experience than in the past. The sales staff was great, very knowledgeable and professional. This is the second Kia that my wife has selected and the 1st one she had driven over 231,000 miles with no major issues. I recommend Wyler's group to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle and a Kia from our experience. And see Mr. Kenton Lang, he'll take good care of you. More
