I was pre-approved for a loan at my bank and they beat the APR of my local bank, which was pretty low to begin with. I even noticed a small crack in the windshield and they're sending someone to fix it free of charge next week! Great employees and great looking vehicles! More

She made me feel as though she was on my level and wanted nothing but the best she could do for us. We bought two brand new, top of the line, fully loaded cars on a day we were just bored and wanting to looking around. I have heard great things prior to coming to the Eastgate automall, but Tony and Tania made it that much better. As the day grew long, the other salesman made us feel at home (spoke about various cars we have owned, turned on the Reds game, ect.). A very relaxed environment, which is greatly appreciated by people like us. More

The Best Ever I was very impressed with the service I received from my salesman, Anthony Brooks. I wasn't even going to try to get a car from a dealership because I have really bad credit and didn't want to go the through the embarrassment of being rejected . I tried to go to a Buy Here Pay Here type place where the salesperson tried to sell me a $5000 car that was damaged all along the passenger side, the leather seats had holes in them, and the air condition didn't work. They also approved my financing with an unbelievably 39.9% interest rate. It was obvious that she did not have my best interest at heart. That's when I got on Jeff Wyler's web page and noticed a car I thought I could afford and I guess I hit something for a salesman to get back to me. Next thing I knew Anthony was calling me. I went to see him and received the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was actually concerned with what he sold me; he made sure I was put in a reliable car with less than 100,000 miles on it. After spending hours at the dealership we reached what I consider an excellent deal. The payments were less than I thought I could get and the interest rate was only 9.9%. Needless to say I would highly recommend everyone to go see Anthony if they need car. Thanks so much for all your help. More

And he did. A very courteous young man. And everything went wonderful until we had to go to "The Service Department" {dunn, dunn, dunn.} It's almost like no one was listening to what was being told to them about what was wrong. It was a headache provoking week. Every thing finally worked out but we do not want to go through that again. KUDO"S to Corey though.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . More
