Excellent First Car Buying Experience I have done research on the car Ive wanted for sometime. Ive never bought a new car and had so many worries and fears. When I had an idea of what I wa I have done research on the car Ive wanted for sometime. Ive never bought a new car and had so many worries and fears. When I had an idea of what I wanted I went to talk to a Salesman to get some information. Larry Moore gave me great information on not just the car I was interested in but others as well. He did not make me feel pressured and was very down to earth and honest. When it came closer to me being ready to buy the car I went back to see Larry. Not only did he remember me and the car I was looking at a month or two later, but he had the same attitude and pressure free experience. In the end he and everyone else at Jeff Wyler went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, wanted, and more. Even when I had noticed some flaws with the initial cleaning of the car, Larry went out of his way to take it back and make sure it was re cleaned properly with no hesitation. I got the exact car I wanted, with a price in my comfort zone, and the experience I was hoping for. My parents have always bought cars from Jeff Wyler because of their people and service and now I know first hand why. Thank you Jeff Wyler and Larry Moore! More

Lied to and was very deceitful I am very dissatisfied with the Used cars at Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. I saw a 2005 Chevy Equinox online at the Columbus location. I talked to a sales I am very dissatisfied with the Used cars at Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. I saw a 2005 Chevy Equinox online at the Columbus location. I talked to a salesman named Johnathan Glover. He told me on Wednesday not a problem him and his manager could get it down for me to look at (there were no pictures posted online), test drive and potentially buy. On Thursday I talked with Johnathan and he assured me that he was still working on bringing it down. On Friday, I emailed Johnathan to make sure the Equinox was brought down from Columbus and he said he had everything worked out for me and would see me tomorrow (Saturday) for my 11am appointment. When I arrived at Jeff Wyler to greet Johnathan he told me he would be right back. After 5 mins his boss (I'm guessing) came out and told me the Equinox was sold on Wednesday!! Johnathan not only lied to me but was very deceitful!! I told the manager that if the Equinox was sold on Wednesday then why didn't Johnathan call me to tell me. I wasted my time going to Jeff Wyler!! I will never go back to Jeff Wyler Used Cars again or recommend Jeff Wyler Used Cars to anybody and I certainly do not recommend Johnathan Glover as a salesman!! More

Chris was so friendly and so helpful in finding something I was happy with. He was very down to earth and personable so I felt much more comfortable and less nervous and anxious like I was when I first got there. Everyone I encountered there was so nice. This was my first new car purchase I had done by myself ever and it was a positive experience! I would recommend going there for anyone looking for a new car. I know I'll be back when I'm ready for my next one. More
