I purchased my car last month in April, and I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote my review. I believe that the salesman works hard to earn the sale but the service keeps the customer. Kevin has demonstrated that not only by his hard work to get me the car I wanted for a fair price. He also has demonstrated that he appreciates my business by the outstanding service he's provided after the sale. He has shown that I as customer am still important to him even after he sold me my 2015 dodge grand caravan. He went above and beyond my expectations by working extremely hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Even almost a month later if I call him or stop by the dealership he is always ready to help me with any questions I my have. Through his professionalism, attention to details and willingness to make sure we are still completely satisfied with our purchase. He has earned my trust and respect as a customer. Great customer service, easy to work with! My husband and I had an appointment to meet with Dakota Griffin to look at a Chevy Traverse. Once we got there he had the car detailed, gased up and My husband and I had an appointment to meet with Dakota Griffin to look at a Chevy Traverse. Once we got there he had the car detailed, gased up and ready for us to get in a take a test drive. He answered all of our questions we had and helped us to get the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Not to mention that is was a pretty quick process and we were not there all day! His manager was very friendly and came over to congratulate us on our new car purchase. Would definitely recommend and will come back again to buy my next car! More

This has been by far a great experience. I came to the dealership a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment and Jeff ensured we were taken care of. Additionally, he took us to another location where other models were located so that we can see other colors/models. He ensured we got exactly what we wanted. It is nice to know there are those at a dealership who still listen to the buyer with what they want and what they can afford. I will definitely refer as many people as I an to them! Shady Sales Tactics I really wish that I had read the previous reviews on here before going to Jeff Wyler. My husband and I have never purchased new and have never lease I really wish that I had read the previous reviews on here before going to Jeff Wyler. My husband and I have never purchased new and have never leased. We have a new addition to our family on the way so we needed something bigger. We looked at several cars with 3rd row seating but wanted to test drive a Traverse. The closest location was Jeff Wyler. We were helped by Andrew Beckman and Victor Hodge. Long story short, we were there with a hungry, cranky, 6-year-old for over 5 hours. They offered us a ridiculously low trade-in value on our existing car. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind to do research on that and determine what it was really worth. They still shorted us, but at least paid it off, pretty much. The website says lease for something like $270. I know that this does not include taxes and fees and what not, but they came back with a rate of $470. When confronted with the $200 difference, no explanation was offered expect taxes and fees. There is no way that totals up to $200. Anyway, we felt obligated because they had us sign this piece of paper stating we would be willing to purchase if they could get it down around $350. Looking back the paper was just figures with a line drawn on the bottom with an X. I don't think this meant anything. But after singing this, they told us that what we were leasing was not new but had been a loaner car for the repairs department and therefore had 1700 miles on it. But that this would lower our buy out price at the end. Ok, fine, shouldn't it lower the lease price since it is not new. Once again we felt we had no choice. We waited another hour just to see the loan officer who did the closing with us. After all was said and done, we walked out with a monthly payment of over $400, (and this included a very large down payment). This is due to the extra warranties you should have because the car is not yours and if anything should happen to it, (I mean anything-stain on the carpet, scratch, anything) you are liable. Which of course is going to happen in a 4-year lease with kids involved. The salesmen told us that this was all covered in the payment. Obviously he didn't know what he was talking about. So we finally leave in the dark after 9, exhausted. Next day, it turns our the car has 2400 miles. He straight up lied to us on several occasions. Not to mention that the carpets were already stained and if we had not bought the extra insurance we would have had to pay for that when we didn't even do it. They also did not return our original plates to us, even though we were told by Andrew and the loan closer that we absolutely must get those back. I called the next day and asked for Andrew to get our plates back. He couldn't be bothered to call us back. I had to go down there and a guy named Tim found them for me in like 5 minutes. They had just put them in a box in the used car area and had absolutely no intention of trying to get a hold of us about them or to try and return them to us. Andrew sent us several emails asking us to leave him positive feedback and if we had any problems to let him fix them first. Well, we certainly gave them that opportunity but they chose not to respond. We feel we were the victims of a well choreographed shady sales pitch. They were unwilling to give us any numbers on the car until we agreed to buy it and we were fools for falling for it. They are dishonest. Steer clear. More
