I purchase a 2018 Jeep in September 2023. Salesman Payne was great and would buy from him again if he work at another dealership After signing paper work a couple days later it was on lif Salesman Payne was great and would buy from him again if he work at another dealership After signing paper work a couple days later it was on lift at Jeff Wyler having tires installed and I noticed paint bubbles at bottom of door. After thinking I had to deal with it I found out there was a paint warranty (why didn’t Jeff Wyler take care of this before selling it.) I called Jeff Wyler to check on warranty on 10/18/22 and she said she would put in request and call me the next day. I never heard from her so I called back on 10/23/23 and she said she never heard from Jeep and she would put In request again. She called back on 10/24/23 and told me my Jeep was out of warranty and it expired on 10/06/23 and there was nothing they could do. 12 days out of warranty from the first time I called and was still in warranty when I purchased it. Why didn’t Jeff Wyler tell me to start the claim when I purchased it or better yet start the claim their self and have it fixed. More

Salesman replied with a a snarky remark about an offer we made and when I asked him for their best price before I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there he quit responding. Recently, I purchased a used Mazda 6 from Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I have started taking my car to the Mazda dealership for service, and of my appointments were great. When i was transferred from one salesperson to another to answer my questions, they said, "One of our specialists is reviewing your information, and we'll have the answers." Yet the new person didn't answer answer my questions, they said, "One of our specialists is reviewing your information, and we'll have the answers." Yet the new person didn't answer my question, I had to ask it again. Then the answer received didn't make sense. And on a followup question about a recall, I was told they had taken care of a recall, when in fact the manufacturer had not yet released a fix for the issue. I'm not impressed with their lack of attention to details. More
