Bad News and Good News I took my 2004 Nissan Altima in for service. Through the years, BK in Wyler's Nissan service has been great in caring for my vehicle, but at nearly 22 I took my 2004 Nissan Altima in for service. Through the years, BK in Wyler's Nissan service has been great in caring for my vehicle, but at nearly 221,000 miles, the news was not good. The assessment was honest and realistic. It was time to trade in. BK fixed me up with Scott Stone, who did a great job putting me in a 2014 Altima. He went out of his work with my needs and schedule. Best car buying experience ever! Jeff Wyler Kia has earned the #1 spot. I will never shop anywhere else ever! My car salesman Jason Levi was awesome. He should teach a customer servi Jeff Wyler Kia has earned the #1 spot. I will never shop anywhere else ever! My car salesman Jason Levi was awesome. He should teach a customer service class. First he reached out to me after I had done some Internet research of car sites. He called and was so persuasive without being pushy about what he could do for me. I was a little hesitant because what he was saying sounded to good to be true. I wasn't driving so he offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership which I have never heard of. Talk about going the extra mile. He did come for me and on time to my job. Long story short I bought a car with very little down and he got me a great interest rate with a car payment I can handle. The whole process was so smooth, not once did I feel pressured I was in shock at how easy it was. The salespeople do this big production when you buy a car, people clapping, ringing bells everyone participated. It was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. After 3 years of taking metro to and from work, today I drove to work in my beautiful 2010 Ford Escape. The sales people were super friendly and layed back. I highly recommend this dealership. I am a Wyler customer for life. More
