Some of the Best Treatment Ever Recieved at a Dealership I will first let you know that I am disabled, and can barely walk. I have now gone through 2 Nissan purchases with Aubrey and Eric, and I went back the second time because of how well they treated me - both in reference to the deals AND because they were mindful of my handicap and did their best to accommodate me. Aubrey and Eric were both very helpful in making sure I got what I was looking for, and making a fair deal. The first vehicle I purchased with them, I came in with my own financing, and the sales team worked hard with the financing officer (I can't remember his name, I think it was Victor, but I could be mistaken), and they got me a better financing package than I was able to get on my own! There were a few paperwork issues that had to be dealt with after the purchase, but they were courteous and professional in getting things done correctly in a timely manner. When I came back to Aubrey and Eric, they realized my physical situation, and we actually negotiated over the phone, and Aubrey gave me a call when the loan officer (Tim Donnellon) said the paperwork was ready to sign, so that all I needed to do was come in and do the paperwork without a great deal of waiting. However, once I got there, I was informed that Mr. Donnellon was now unable to do the deal without a higher payment than was agreed upon over the phone. I refused, and Aubrey and Eric had to work again on a deal that had already been negotiated to get the agreed upon pricing. Since the deal was changed, I was then told that we had to wait for the new paperwork to be printed out. 2 HOURS PASSED. Aubrey had been helping other customers, as it was a busy night, but he noticed that I was still there, registered his shock, then went to Eric to try to hurry things along for me. 15 MINUTES LATER, Tim Donnellon comes out and informs me that since -I- changed the deal, it was my fault I had to wait for him to re-print out about 15 forms. On top of that, Mr. Donnellon tries to sell me additional insurances, some of which come from the exact same company I already have insurance through! When I again decline, Mr. Donnellon became confrontational and nasty, but we finally finished the signing process. I will say that Mr. Donnellon did RUN to the cashier to make sure I got a physical receipt for my down-payment, since it was the end of the night by now, and the dealership was closing. I was expecting to have paperwork issues due to the hastiness of the signing process, but the contracted time for them to correct any paperwork came and went. Then, 5 days after their time had expired, Mr. Donnellon calls me 10 minutes before the dealership closes on a Friday night to inform me that there was a paperwork issue that -I- had to correct, and it was MY responsibility to do so. Needless to say, I had had enough. I complained ALL the way up the chain from Aubrey to Eric to Nissan Corporate. Outcome still pending. When all is said and done, if I had to get another vehicle TODAY, I would call Aubrey and Eric at Jeff Wyler Eastgate without a single bit of hesitation, and I would be confident that I am in good hands. However, I would let them know (and would recommend to any other potential customer) that under no circumstances would I even consider a deal involving Tim Donnellon. I spent so much time talking about the purchase interactions that I failed to mention Jeff Wyler Eastgate's Service Department. That was wrong of me, as they have continued to take GREAT care of both of my vehicles, and treat my wife and I with friendly, prompt service, often making time to fit us in when we are available. We fully intend on having all of our service done at Jeff Wyler Eastgate's Dealership. More

Ketchel Strauss was my car dealer and he made me feel at ease right away as a potential customer. This was the first time that I purchased/leased a vehicle on my own merit and Mr. Strauss took the time to explain to me how great it is when purchasing/leasing a vechile. My experience with Mr. Strauss was so thorough and complete when he was explaining about the cars that Jeff Wyler Chevrolet had to offer potential consumers, I felt like I had found the right place to purchase/lease a car. He was very personable yet professional. As I know I can be a stern customer he was more than willing to work with me and clearly understood the importance of positive, high-quality customer service. I would recommend my family and friends to meet with him. My only complaint is the price haggling that takes place during the car purchasing process.
