I was contacted by Kevin first and visited the dealership last saturday where they were very busy. However Duane came over and was very polite and told us he would be with us as soon as he can. He gained all his facts that he needed to see how interested we were. It was not pushy at all. When i decided to purchase the vehicle the vehicle i test drove was not available. Duane took upon himself to find another vehicle that was very similar in color/options and overall price. Kevin kept me posted on Duane when i realized he was not at the dealership. Overall my experience was great with Duane and Kevin. They were both professional and i felt very confident that they had my best interest at heart and that i was not just a number. I wrote a review for ZACH ANDESON below and I had to write another one to change my rating based on my experience so far. My purchasing experience was great at that time but now I feel very deceived by write another one to change my rating based on my experience so far. My purchasing experience was great at that time but now I feel very deceived by ZACH. I had a deal to receive some accessories for settling the price w/o a further deal. He also gave me the wrong APR rate. Everyone was happy at that time and I drove home with my new Durango. He said those accessories were not available and he promised to mail them to me soon. The next day, I realized I had left my garage door opener in my trade-in car so I called him and asked to mail it back together with those parts and he promised to do it. Meanwhile, he kept sending me text messages to rate my experience and of course I gave him a rating of 5 because my experience was great as I mentioned below. Now after almost 4 months of exchanging calls and texts with him, I still don’t have the parts he promised. He used unreasonable excuses, but I just waited and gave him more time. Today I received the package with the wrong parts (floor mats) and was missing the other part he promised and the garage door opener was not there. When I contacted him for that, he texted me back and he said that he had lost my opener w/o any apologies and that he sold the other part. Now he is instructing me to send the wrong mat back so he could send me a check to buy them myself. Even though it was his fault, he said he needed to receive the mat back first to receive the check. I am planning to call his manager tomorrow. I don’t know how his manager will resolve this problem tomorrow but I STRONGLY recommend you to avoid ZACH by all means. More
