My appointment was at 9:40 they took me right away at 9:40. Dennis was very friendly and professional explain to me what was going to go on with my car that they were going to put it on the machine to fi 9:40. service was timely and as far as I can see done properly When I purchased this new car, I was promised free car washes for the life of the car. After 2 months they closed the car wash, I found out they were When I purchased this new car, I was promised free car washes for the life of the car. After 2 months they closed the car wash, I found out they were giving passed to another car wash but I have not received any. I have asked many times for the car wash passes still nothing. I also purchases a package for 3 oil changes, which they did not have in there computer so they charged me for the oil change when I had already paid for them. It took a while to get this corrected.
