Our experience was awesome. We came in with the objective of trading in our 2011 Camaro for a brand new one with a better payment. With Samir's excellent service we were able to do just that and p objective of trading in our 2011 Camaro for a brand new one with a better payment. With Samir's excellent service we were able to do just that and pay a little less than our existing payment for the new car. the better payment gets me closer to my goal of quitting my second, (part-time), job. I was unprepared for this high level of customer service and duly impressed by it. The service manager guided me where to go since this was my first time to get my car serviced at Jeff Wyler East Gate. I fo and duly impressed by it. I forget to bring my membership card but he pointed that a copy of it was on my car key so not to worry if I didn't get the proper credit. I also scheduled the fixes for recall. He explained to me before hand that if it took longer than an hour, then they would not be able to honor it since this was done on Saturday and they have other people lined up to get their cars serviced. This is fined with me because he told me upfront rather than later. The car was serviced within the allot hour so I don't have to wait long and I got a free car wash too boot. It is well worth the trip to Jeff Wyler East Gate since I lived in Sharonville area. More

I tried many times to buy from the local dealers closer to me and I didn’t receive the attention, fair treatment or deal that I felt that deserved. With that, I looked for other dealers further away from m to me and I didn’t receive the attention, fair treatment or deal that I felt that deserved. With that, I looked for other dealers further away from my home. Which led me to Jeff Wyler, Nissan. I found that the salesman at Jeff Wyler, Nissan to be more personable and more willing to earn my business. He was more willing to work with me to meet my requirements for the vehicle that I needed. The local dealers here either ignored me or were unwilling to work with me. These other dealers acted as if my only choice was to accept their offer. More

They have worked on my Dodge Caravan three times now and still have not resolved the problem. I have contacted them multiple times and spoke to different people and nobody seems to care. I bought a new 2013 kia soul on Saturday July 20, 2013. The car had to go to service for a check engine light before it could be driven off of the lot. Service was closed for the weekend. Car was dropped off Tuesday night. Jeff Wyler at the time of the sale was offering a $1,000.00 back at time of signing. I was not told about the offer. I called Tim Donnellon sales manager to let him know that the front driver's seat is now making a noise and also to inquire about the $1000.00 offer from Jeff Wyler Eastgate that was being advertised. Mr Donnellon told me that he would set up a service appointment and that he did not sell me the car. He then stated that it was taken off of the price of the car, It is funny how no one mentioned this at the time of the sale!!! The car has to go back to the service department. Today's date is July 29, 2013. I have only had the car a week and it needs to be serviced again! Not a happy customer. Jerri Fussinger More
