Being a young professional, I am on a tight budget and was very upfront with Fred about my maximum monthly payment. He was patient with me as we worked through the numbers, and I never once felt as though I was being taken advantage (like I have at other dealerships). Fred was able to get my monthly payments below what I had asked and did so with honesty and superb customer service. He was very attentive during the test drive and continually asked me what I liked and didn't like about my current car as well as the car I ended up purchasing. This is a true distinction between Jeff Wyler and other dealerships I have been to, as I felt they sincerely wanted to put me in the right car for me, not just simply make a sale. Fred also took the time to go through the car's manuals, pointed out buttons and displays in the car, set-up my bluetooth for me, and gave me a tour of the dealership in case of future service or purchasing needs.
