I am a retired mechanical engineer and former co-owner of an engineering firm. I know the importance of understanding my clients needs as well as insuring the client knows I understand fully the product I r an engineering firm. I know the importance of understanding my clients needs as well as insuring the client knows I understand fully the product I represent. Big Joe knows his cars and trucks. He answered all my questions quickly with confidence and authority. I find this an important aspect when purchasing a new vehicle and investing a large sum of money. Additionally, the experience was quite pleasant and I feel a made a new friend in Joe. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. All the people I dealt with knew their jobs and got it done expeditiously. More
I was in the market for a used vehicle and had given Chris Grigsby, who I had bought from previously, a call. He did some looking into specifics for me and advised me a vehicle matching my requirements Chris Grigsby, who I had bought from previously, a call. He did some looking into specifics for me and advised me a vehicle matching my requirements had just come in. He gave me specifics with pricing and mileage and took some photos for me as well. It took me one day to decide and then I called Chris to let him know I was coming to buy. At that time he notified me that he had left his position for another opportunity and told me to ask for Brad upon my arrival and he would accomodate everything we had previously agreed to. The big issue I was presented with was that the vehicle did not have the mileage that was documented on the internet web site, in fact, it was doubled. I didn't agree with the price and thought it should be re-negotiated, but just the opposite happenend, I was charged more (but caught it in the process of finalizing paperwork). There were also some minor mechanical issues I questioned, but was told the mechanics had already left for the night, and I could bring it back the following day or when convenient, for the repairs. I was not happy with the 'extras' that were added in without my consent either; Mileage Protection, GAP insurance, and life insurance. I was being rushed through the 'check out' process and my questions about the 'add-ons' were not being answered, leaving me to cancel these after the fact and much unwarranted paperwork. The following day I also discovered the sunroof on the vehicle was inoperable. Now I was really unhappy as this and the mileage were the two selling points! After bringing the vehicle in, it was told to me that the mechanics could not repair a BMW, no one was experienced, so I was asked to take it to a BMW dealer for an assesment. I was now without my new-used vehicle for a week while this process was taking place. Sunroof repair (entire unit needed replaced) $3,000! Minor repairs BMW dealer took care of as a courtesy! The BMW service department contacted JW Service and I was told JW needed time to consider the cost. Jeff Wyler did not call me to tell me they had decided against the repair, instead just notified BMW who then needed to relay the bad news. At this point I decided to calmy call Chris Grigsby and get his opinion on what steps I could take for negotiating the costs. He assured me that I needed to leave it to him and he would take care of everything. He thanked me for past purchases and referrals (2 in 6 months - not including this one), and said he would be back in touch. Meanwhile, BMW spends the weekend in the shop waiting... Chris calls me back on Tuesday to tell me Jeff Wyler Eastgate will pick up the entire cost of repairs and replace the sunroof!! NO WAY!! I could not believe my ears. I was blown away with surprise. Now THAT is customer service! A huge thank you to Chris and the Management Team who decided to do what's right for the customer! It turned out to be a surprising purchase on many levels. More
I had been looking at new and used vehicles for roughly 1 month with no luck at finding the one I truly wanted. My wife and I met Brandon and explained what we were looking for. He was willing to take the 1 month with no luck at finding the one I truly wanted. My wife and I met Brandon and explained what we were looking for. He was willing to take the time to see what we were truly wanted and made the extra effort to tour us around the facility until we found the vehicle that truly fit our needs. Brandon is very friendly with a great sense of humor, and a positive attitude, not a high pressure salesman. Brandon made the car buying experience enjoyable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

They got us in and squared that if they found an issue that warrented a longer stay, then so be it. But it turns out I got the call the following day to come get the car. A recall was completed along with the service and repair, no problem. Jeff in the intake bay was a hoot. We had an overall satisfactory visit. More
