I made a deal online with Jason, set up an appointment to see/pickup the car and the day before I looked online to show my wife the car, it was no longer listed. Keith Beach was the sales person who approached us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. I told him what I was hoping to find and what I wanted in the vehicle. He kindly informed me that the vehicle I soon as we got out of our vehicle. I told him what I was hoping to find and what I wanted in the vehicle. He kindly informed me that the vehicle I wanted would not do what I wanted the vehicle for. Then he proceeded to suggest another more reliable vehicle. We discussed all the different options and vehicle choices. Then he brought out a Chev Traverse. Amazing. In actuality I already knew the vehicle I thought I wanted would not do what I wanted. And I knew before I even got there that I would need to move up to a Traverse. Most sales people will sell you what you come expecting to purchase rather than tell you that vehicle won't provide your needs. I already knew what I would have to get, but I didn't expect the sales person to actually try to find out what I needed. Keith was great. He came with all the questions and had all the necessary answers. I was impressed with him for sure. I really like my Traverse. I get much better gas mileage than is indicated for this vehicle.
