UPDATE: 7-6-2013: Now they continue to harass me with SPAM long after failing to honor their word. I took one of the $25 gift card offers to them when I visited about a month ago and have never received SPAM long after failing to honor their word. I took one of the $25 gift card offers to them when I visited about a month ago and have never received that card. Additionally, they now send me another offer to bring in a coupon to get the same $25 gift card. You probably only get that if you buy a car there at inflated prices. The cars are priced right, it's the add-ons that bring the price up a few thousand. 6-7-2013: I was contacted by Brent via e-mail after sending in a trade-in request and interest in the Mazda CX-5. After about 6 e-mails, we worked out a Internet deal for a specific vehicle, Stock # A80802, and how much it would cost, "out the door". For him to consider my trade, I had sent quite a few recent pictures of my 08 Mini Cooper S that included every angle, including the engine compartment & wheels. HIS COMMENTS : "Here's where we are: There is a history of transmission issues with the Mini. Obviously we will need to test out the car in order to commit to a firm number. That said, as long as it drives as good as it looks, so to speak we feel like we can get you very close if not all the way to $14000 for your car. But I have to let you know that even if we do that we'll still be about $1000 to $1500 away from your $10000 out the door target including taxes and fees. If you think that's close enough I'd love to help you put this together today. We communicated again, I told him my schedule had been cleared and I intended to be at the dealership at 12:00 When I arrived Sunday at 11:30 I checked out the vehicle, waited until noon to learn that Brent wasn't there, Larry was now the "Salesman" After letting him get caught up and get some info, he drove the car over to the Used Car Mgr or appraiser, (not sure of the title). He drove my MINI indicating good looking, good performing and making no inference of any problems. It's a great car and has better than average service records, maintenance. Now to the paperwork Sunday. As Larry prepared his proposal, you know, began to work up the deal, I send in my OK to buy at the difference of 11,000.00, and infer a willingness to go to the extreme end of 11,500.00 to Larry. (this is already 1500.00 higher than my initial request of 10K out the door, that Brent said he could get me near.) Larry soon returns and informs me that it will take 13,500.00, they only want to give you 12,000.00 for your car. (no reason, just decided apparently to drop the price since I had driven 2+ hours to get there and was a captive audience), claiming they were losing 1500.00. (I'm thinking, you didn't know this yesterday-right, 1st deal ever right?? Amazing) I offered 11750 as a consolation prize to them since I had invested so much time to date, and was told the 13,500.00 was firm. This was unethical and unfair, similar to a bait & switch, but without switching the product, just raising the price 2,000.00. As far as I'm concerned, this has tainted Jeff Wyler's name in my mind, and I've heard that name since the 90's thinking it must be a good place to do business. Obviously, after driving 2.5 hrs to get there and 3.5 hrs back home due to bad traffic, I no longer hold him in high regard. I'll address this with Mazda USA also, they're next. Just say NO, to Jeff Wyler and Jeff Wyler Mazda After not showing up for the appointment and costing me quite a bit of time and a little money, he sends me this note! E-MAIL I RECEIVED AFTER MAKING THE LONG TRIP HOME: Just wanted to say thanks for coming in today and letting me help you in your vehicle buying decisions. If I can do anything else for you let me know. 6-17-2013 UPDATE: I rec'd e-mail from Brent M today saying they've lowered the price on the vehicle I came to see, if I was interested? (by around 2,000.00, the amount they refused to take previously, after I made the 2+ hour trip to the dealership) I informed him that I didn't want to do business with him, and that if Mgmt. wanted to honor the original deal, I was interested & they could arrange the swap. 6-18-2013 I sent a chat response to Tim D. telling him I would go 12,000.00 plus my 08 Mini, which was even more than my original offer-no response. 6-19-2013 It appears they HAVE sold the vehicle. 7-6-2013 Receive yet another offer to bring in a coupon for a free $25 Card. (they didn't honor the last one, I'm never going back to a Jeff Wyler dealership, ever!) DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? More

I had a great experience working with Chris at Wyler Jeep in Eastgate. Chris is extremely polite and customer service focused. He ran out all the numbers for me before I ever stepped foot on the lot. I truly in Eastgate. Chris is extremely polite and customer service focused. He ran out all the numbers for me before I ever stepped foot on the lot. I truly appreciated that. He made sure my new Wrangler was looking strong when delivered and followed up to be sure all promises made during the sale were completed. Few salespeople follow up after the sale, so this was refreshing to see. You also can't beat Wyler's deals on Wranglers. Hands down the best deal in town. Thanks to Chris for a great experience! More

This was my second new car purchase from Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. I continue to be impressed by the professional salespeople and the top notch automobile maintenance department. My salesmen was Chris Pat Eastgate. I continue to be impressed by the professional salespeople and the top notch automobile maintenance department. My salesmen was Chris Patton. Chris is just a great guy to do business with. He explained all of the options I had for leasing a new car. He was very knowledgable regarding the Nissan Maxima SV with sports package, He was genuinely concerned that I made the right decsion for the right reasons. He was one of those sales people who had a no pressure style. He was very customer focused. He took me for a test drive and I was sold on the car and the decsion I made to purchase from Jeff Wyler. Chris worked with me and got me the absolute best deal possible and spent the time to get me a car with all of the options I requested in the color I wanted. Without a doubt I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and plan to make Jeff Wyler my dealer of choice and Chris my salesmen from this point forward. My "Great" dealer rating reflects my satisfaction with my purchase experience. More

I received a mailer from this company requesting and opportunity to buy my 2007 Nissan Altima, no purchase required. Upon visiting this dealership, I learned that it was just another scam, and they had opportunity to buy my 2007 Nissan Altima, no purchase required. Upon visiting this dealership, I learned that it was just another scam, and they had no intention of giving me the price they offered in the flyer, in fact thousands less. I truly believe this constant misrepresentation is the reason people don't like the whole car buying experience, and dealer loyalty is a thing of the past. I was prepared, and told the salesman that if they actually did what their flyer offered, I was prepared to make a deal and drive a new Nissan home. Not even close!! Shame on you for wasting my time and yours. I'm still looking for a new car, but I'm not looking at your dealerships. More
