Price was right, service leading up to the sale was excellent. As soon as I signed the paperwork is when the problems began. First they lost our driver licenses and hounded us until they got them. Then I check the back up key and it does not work. Stop by Toyota and get a new battery, still does not work. Set an appointment to get the key reprogrammed, then told they gave me the wrong key? Call Ken twice and left a message, no response... Not how you are supposed to do business!! Today Justin Roberts called because they needed another copy of my DL, guess the one I sent was an old dl, opps. Justin promised to work on the key next week. Guess I will give them one more chance to get it right. More
