First off, I HATE shopping for used cars from dealers and have had bad experiences every time I have purchased a vehicle from one. I usually shop online and purchase from private owners from all around the n have had bad experiences every time I have purchased a vehicle from one. I usually shop online and purchase from private owners from all around the nation. I was looking for a specific vehicle (color, price, mileage, year) and had hoped to find one locally. Pickings had been slim for about 3 months and I had deals pending in three different cities. I figured I would try one last local search to avoid travel costs and voila! The vehicle popped up at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. I went to test drive it the same day (Sunday), made the deal (no hassle whatsoever), picked the wheels up on Monday, as clean as a whistle. There were minor issues found with the vehicle, all of which, Kyle Thielmeyer agreed to have repaired by service once I scheduled the appointment. To my surprise, he and the good folks at Jeff Wyler honored the entire agreement hassle free and as written in the contract.
