Mike Schworer is a phenomenal sales representative and truly the best I've ever worked with. Not only is he incredibly friendly, but listened to us and worked with us to get the car and payment we wanted truly the best I've ever worked with. When I do need service for my car, he is always very helpful in arranging the time and introduced me to Jeff Anna in the the service department. I saw a Mazda 5 for sale at Jeff Wyler Eastgate auto mall website, I called and spoke with Doug Young. I explained that I saw a vehicle on the website and that I would like to take a look at it. Although it was late, about 7:30 Doug said to come on in a check it out if i liked. My wife and I drove to the dealership and met with Doug. He showed us the vehicle I had seen on the website and took us for a test drive. The Mazda drove well was clean and was certified by Jeff Wyler to be problem free, my wife and I decided to purchase the car. Although by then it was past 8:30 in the evening and the dealership closed at 9:00 pm at no time did we feel rushed. Doug was very patient and extremely friendly and helpful to my wife and I. After going back and forth on the sale price and monthly payments for quite a while we agreed on a price and monthly payments. Although late the car was washed and prepared so we could take it with us. The Finance person whom I regret I cannot remember his name was friendly and patient with us. We finally left with the car at 11:30 pm. The following day after inspecting the car in the sunlight I noticed damage to the rear hatch door I had not noticed the previous evening. The damage was minor but it showed signs of rust around the damage site which concerned me. That evening after leaving work I drove to the dealership and met with Doug and pointed out the damage and the rust around the site. Doug assured me that he would bring this to the managers attention and get back to me. Since this was Friday evening Doug said he would call me Monday morning. Monday morning Doug called and asked if I would take the car to the auto body shop they work with for an estimate on the repair. On Tuesday afternoon I took the car to the body shop for the estimate. The Body shop owner was very friendly and assured me he would call Doug right away with the estimate. Before I made it home Doug was calling me on my cell phone with the good news that the damage would be repaired at no charge to me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from a Jeff Wyler dealership and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I want to thank Doug Young and the entire Jeff Wyler team. They will be seeing me again when it is time for my next vehicle purchase. More

Mike Wissel was very courteous and knowledgeable about Nissan automobiles and did an excellent job on the "delivery" of the car and in explaining all the features. He was especially helpful in linking my phone to the Bluetooth function in the car. Several members of the staff have contacted me through emails to make sure I am satisfied with the car and the service we received from Jeff Wyler. I have bought several new cars but have to say that the service during and after the sale has been outstanding. The complimentary free first oil change and lifetime $9.95 oil changes plus free car washes are a big advantage as well especially with Saturday service hours. So yes I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan. More
We emailed several dealers for price quotes in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. All of our price quotes were about the same. However the customer service was great from Larry and Steve. Larry emailed promptly and answered all of my questions. We were looking for a particular color/trim combo. Larry let me know that they did not have it but he would be sure to find me one. He called me later to say they had one coming in a few days. We continued to shop other dealers. Larry then called back he sounded like a kid on Christmas morning. The truck arrived early and our car was on it. He may have been more excited than us. Larry just really seems to like his job. This is the 4th car we have purchased from 4 different dealers and by far the best experience. Some dealers it feels like it is a battle car buyer vs. car dealership. This was not our experience at all. We went on a Saturday afternoon ( crazy busy). As soon as we entered the showroom we were meet with a smile and told someone would be right with us. Everyone was busy, everyone was already helping someone already. They were not too busy for good customer service. Steve helped us right away. I am NOT an impulse buyer we shopped for 18 months @ just as many dealers and I will not go anywhere else. If you are within a 2 hour drive of this dealership contact them they will not disappoint you. More

I drove from cleveland to Cincinnati to check out a couple cars i researched online from various dealers. I went to eastgate used cars and they said the car I was interested in had just been sold. They thought they had a similar car, but couldn't find it in their inventory. I had a couple other dealers to see so I told them to call me if they found it. They didn't pressure me to stay or try to get me to buy something else, just said they would call. A half hour later they called to say they found the car was in service being prepped for sale since it had just been traded in. I was not happy with any of the other dealers I had visited so far so I returned to eastgate. The car was everything I was looking for, and they offered it to me at a great price since it hadn't been manufacturer recertified yet. They also offered good financing at a rate better than I had secured prior to shopping. There was no high pressure sales tactics. They even allowed me to take the car for a test drive without a salesman. Within an hour I was driving the new car home. The next day they called and said they found out the manufacturers recertification process had been completed and they were sending me the information. All in all I am happy with the purchase, they weren't high pressure, they were accomidating, and friendly. I'd definitely go back again. More

Even under construction the staff are helpful and friendly. It was raining and they made sure I pulled in far enough to stay dry.
