the transmission went out in my car on 9-6-12. i got on-line and started browsing to see what kind of car i might want to get to replace the one that broke down. the next morning i received a call from on-line and started browsing to see what kind of car i might want to get to replace the one that broke down. the next morning i received a call from keith beach of jeff wyler eastgate auto mall and i told him the trouble i was having. i told him that i am scheduled for surgery on 9-10-12 and need to get a car asap but i had no way to get to a dealership to look around the lot to see what i liked. he said he would send someone out to pick me up and he would also have my old car towed to the lot so i could get a trade-in allowance from it. so, i was picked up and whisked away to the dealership. when i arrived i was treated with respect and kindness by all i came in contact with. i took a 2012 malibu for a test drive, got back to the dealer, signed the papers and now i am the proud and happy owner of a brand new car. keith not only helped me to get the best deal possible but he also gave me peace of mind so when i do have my surgery i won't have to worry about finding a new car while i recuperate. i love my car and i am very grateful for employees like keith beach, who went out of his way to make sure my car buying experience was a easy as it could be. sincerely, desiree ratliff More

We negotiated a price several percentage points lower than the dealer in St. Matthews. Having never seen the car, I had several questions about the transaction and the car. Samir answered all questions directly in a timely manner.  Within 24 hours we negotiated price, closed the deal and I was on the way home in a new Rogue. Shawn Moore was very helpful. He even went out of his way to find a vehicle that specifically met my criteria. It's not easy to find a Town & Country with cloth seats and a Beige interior, but Shawn was way to find a vehicle that specifically met my criteria.
