Typical oil change and tire rotation this was just an oil change and tire rotation. All appears to be have been good, until the next morning. All 4 tires were low on pressure. The 2 front tires were at 32 (recommended 35) and both back tires were at 29 (after driving 20 miles to work). i would think tire pressure would have been checked while doing the rotation. I am sure it was just an oversight. More

my experience with them great as always they are wonderful starting with Rob Rein who i brought the car from a very nice and very helpful. my front seat was not working and they fixed the next day. always lov starting with Rob Rein who i brought the car from a very nice and very helpful. my front seat was not working and they fixed the next day. always love Rodney Hoskins he works for the service department and is very helpful does his job quickly and makes you feel very special. Rob helped me put my tags on when i brought the car back because the windows radio and overhead light would not work so Rodney had them look at it to find out the plug for those were unplug was in and out in half hour. Now Rob is getting the front bracket for front of car for license plate and is going to put it on as soon as they re ordered it. Just love these guys they are the best More
