Everytime I had to deal with the other dealership - I got sick to my stomach - they treat people so poorly. He heard what we wanted and made the deal happen without pressure or a condescending attitude. We were able to work most of the details out via email after our test drive, then over the phone before closing the deal quickly, which is just what we had stated we wanted. No long drawn out process. Your whole staff was friendly and helpful. On an added note one reason we ended up here is my partners Kia Optima(which we bought elsewhere) came in to be serviced and while there she looked at the Durangos. She was so impressed with the service and the staff there that we thought to give your other dealership a try.
