I saw a vehicle listed on the internet, a 2010 Altima, for $14,900. I filled out the online form requesting more information and was contacted by Brad Meyer. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle on Wednesday, March 21. On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 20, I realized my plans had changed and I called Brad to see if I could view the car on Tuesday evening instead. He stated that it would be no problem, so I set up an appointment to see the vehicle on Tuesday evening. Approximately 40 minutes prior to me leaving my home for the appointment, I again called Brad to ensure the vehicle was still available, and he said it was. When I arrived at the dealership, Brad was "busy" so another salesman approached me and my wife to help us. I told them why I was there and I described the car I wanted to see (gold, 2010 Altima, 25,000 miles). They brought out a 2008 silver Altima with 60,000 miles. I told them that the car they brought out was obviously not the car I wanted to see. They told me to take it for test drive to see if I liked it, and I told them I wasn't interested. They then said they would try to find the car I wanted. After some time, they came back and told me the car had been sold earlier in the day but they had other Altimas they would be happy to show me. We walked around the lot, but they had nothing close to what I was looking for. They then tried to sell me a 2009 Honda Accord for a "great deal." A quick check online revealed the great deal was more than book value. I left, disgusted. I had driven from Mason, so I had wasted over two hours of my time due to what was clearly the old "bait and switch" game. I will tell all of my friends about the unethical behavior I experienced at Jeff Wyler. More
I just brought in my 2007 Saturn Sky to see what is was worth.With Doug's help, in less than 2 hours , I had taken a test drive,traded in my Sky on the spot ,and put a deposit down on a 2012 Kia Soul.Doug worth.With Doug's help, in less than 2 hours , I had taken a test drive,traded in my Sky on the spot ,and put a deposit down on a 2012 Kia Soul.Doug thought the car would be in on Wednesday or Thursday,but everything was in order(it was coming from Columbus) and I was able to pick it up on Tuesday afternoon.He was nice enough to give me a car until mine came in so I didn't have to be inconvenienced. When I got to Wyler Eastgate, Doug stayed with me to meet Samir.He was great about introducing me to the people at Wyler that I would need to know in service and all about my new car.Tim Spradlin took me through the paper signing in record time,which I really appreciated too.After business cards,my list of important names and numbers,I kicked the tire and shook hands with Doug and Samir, and went home to show my family my new car. It was a quick 2 days,but very exciting and a pleasurable experience buying from Jeff Wyler Eastgate. More

We had a great time buy my KIA Soul. Daena Casteel was very good and it was her first sale. She made the sale very relaxing and one of the best things is that we did not get passed around to 10 other peop very good and it was her first sale. I went in to look at a new MazdaSpeed3 and trade in my old car as well. Samir was able to get me into it with both a good price on the new car as well as for my trade-in. I decided after a couple of days that I actually wanted the Tech Package (the car I originally drove off the lot did not have this) and everything it had to offer. Troy was able to work with me and get me into a new car with all the options I wanted. The car had some things that needed fix. After 4 trips back everything was taken care of. I think the sale men and service dept. need to get on the same page.
