Need to feel “taken care of” Was in for oil change and needed driver side turn signal replaced. Quoted that at $40! For a turn signal light. Wait Time 2010 Equinox was scheduled for an oil change and possible tire air leak. Sold the wrong car. Came to dealership with a car from there website. Asked to see this car. Was told car was in getting a final inspection. Got a quick look at the car before paperwork. Did not realize it was the wrong car until dad saw it. Just to get a sale they sold the wrong car in hopes that it would not be noticed. Tried to talk to the dealership about it and the GM accused me of talking to him like a child. I was not but that is two opinions which we all know will never match. He said if I could not talk to him like an adult then the conversation was over. The call ended at that time. More
