Chris did a wonder job from his first phone call to the time that he shook my hand and sent me down the road in my new Jeep Wrangler. I have been in the market for some time looking at the Jeep Wranglers time that he shook my hand and sent me down the road in my new Jeep Wrangler. I have been in the market for some time looking at the Jeep Wranglers and going through the paces of filling out the online trader information and making initial contact with the dealerships. Chris was on it from the start calling me and setting up an appointment. He then called to confirm our appointment along with answering several of my e-mails, always ending his messages with "I look forward to meeting you". Once arriving to the dealership, Chris was a pleasure to meet and work with in person. He didn't have that 80's movie type car salesman where he would try and sell you anything just to make a deal and line his pockets. He didn't run us ragged either by going back and forth over price, trade-in, etc like other dealerships. We worked the deal only after a few quick adjustments and we were on our way. The guy even asked for permission to check his v-mail while we were sitting at his desk waiting for credit approval. Who does that anymore, most folks wouldn't have hesitated to pick up the phone or check their cell. I also appreciated the fact that Chris gave us good information during the test drive but was constantly talking while we were testing out the Jeep. That gave my wife and I time to enjoy the ride, talk to each other, and ask questions as we thought of them. At the end of the day, Chris treated me right, was pleasant to work with, and most importantly he was punctual in his dealings prior to me ever stepping foot onto Jeff Wyler's lot. I have had many dealerships blow me off or tell me that they can deal with me until I drive two hours just to say "no". He is a good guy and I enjoyed the whole experience. I give Chris a TEN! More

I had never purchased anything from Jeff Wyler before. I had heard negative things from friends and family over the years that had kept me away. Recently we were looking for a new work truck and someone sug had heard negative things from friends and family over the years that had kept me away. Recently we were looking for a new work truck and someone suggested getting a quote from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. Since I wasn't doing the leg work, I said sure. I am plesed to say that in fact we did buy the new truck from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet, and that it was a very good experience. Not only was the price competitve, but our sales representitve, Greg Jodrey, was very easy to work with and actually seemed to care if we bought something from him or went somewhere else. Other dealers around the 275 loop didn't seem to care. We will be buying another truck in 6 months or so and I definently will give them a call. More

I called Shawn on Thursday and explained my situation to him over the phone and let him know I was a couple hours away and was planning on coming Friday evening to look at a car. When I got there he was re him over the phone and let him know I was a couple hours away and was planning on coming Friday evening to look at a car. When I got there he was ready to show me the vehicle I had inquired about. He was very friendly and willing to answer all questions I had. They were closing at 7:30 that evening and even though I did not get there until around 6 he stayed and worked with me trying to get me in that car that evening. Unfortunately, the banks were closed and he promised me he would work on it Saturday morning. I had left the dealership a littled discouraged because I really wanted that car that night. I had only been gone about 5 minutes when my phone rang and it was Shawn telling me one of their representatives had called them back and he would let me know within 20 minutes what was going on. About 10 minutes later he called me back and told me to finish eating my dinner then head back over to sign papers because he had everything ok'd. I was really amazed at how late they were willing to stay and work to make me happy and get me in that car. I know he had a family at home waiting for him on a Friday night and I really appreciate all the time he gave me to help me out. More
