I would like to start with saying that I do not like car dealers (or any kind of salesman, for that matter.) I have always had the stereotypical thoughts about salesmen--they're all xxxx bags who are trying dealers (or any kind of salesman, for that matter.) I have always had the stereotypical thoughts about salesmen--they're all xxxx bags who are trying to deplete my wallet to thicken their own. Especially being a woman, whenever I deal with salesmen I always am skeptical of what they are telling me, since women can be so "naive" and "unknowledgeable" about the latest products. However, at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall, Troy did not give me that feel. He was honest with me, kept to his word, was very accommodating to my needs, and treated me with respect and care. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their next car at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. Go see Troy!! More

Kevin was great. he showed us all of the nitro's that were in stock and offered us to test drive all of them. we found one we liked at a great price. only suggestion is to have more people working in were in stock and offered us to test drive all of them. we found one we liked at a great price. only suggestion is to have more people working in finance to speed up that process. it took a long time from the time we settled on a number. like 4 hours. Kevin actually detailed our vehicle in this time. he said the line was long in the detailing area so he took it upon himself to clean the care up. did a good job too. thx More

Steve stayed late beyond his scheduled time to make sure everything went okay for us. Steve made himself available to us as we took several test drives with different vehicles. I pretty much spent 2 days at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. Ken Bush was there with me most of the time both days. He spent a lot of time making sure I test drove every vehicle in my price range. AC blowing out heat. Outside temps are 105 with heat index. Called to see if it was covered not even 24 hours after leaving the dealership. Was told by service dept that it would be $137. My wife and I were met in a polite and professional manner. We never at any time felt pressured. I was having trouble making my mind up as to which vehicle I wanted. When I got home I realized that I had made a mistake. I called Jason and explained that I really wanted a different vehicle than the one that I had left with. He told me to bring the first one back and we would exchange the two. I had to redo the paperwork because the VIN number was different but the lady who did our paperwork was very understanding. She actually smiled the whole time. This is the kind of place where the people earn your business. More
