Drove up the next day and the purchase experience was streamlined, efficient and easy. Shawn was very professional and good to work with. Even after the sale was finalized and we were through and ready to leave, he sensed we were not as familiar with some of the features of the vehicle as we had indicated. He asked a few more questions then spent another half hour casually going over finer points anywhere he sensed an explanation might shorten our learning curve or make our first time with our new ride better. I appreciated the attention we received from the salesman. I understand that's his job, but he was very careful to listen to us and find the vehicle he thought we wanted. He was patient with our many questions and did not talk down to us. He showed us several vehicles before we made our selection and was quick to get them up front from the lot. He went over the setup for the car we purchased and pointed out all the features, answering our questions as we familiarized ourselves with the new vehicle. He kept asking if we had any questions or if he needed to go over anything again or in more detail. He made the shopping experience low keyed and cordial, and his good mood was remarkable considering the sweltering heat of the afternoon. He obviously loves his job. More
Rodney greeted me by name and then Bob took over. Within minutes, my car was being worked on and I was transported to work by shuttle. When my car was done and my lunch came, the shuttle was at work to take minutes, my car was being worked on and I was transported to work by shuttle.
