I was looking for a special Van online and could not find what I was looking for. I requested help thru the internet from Jeff Wyler dealership and Brian Meier contacted me for my needs. He had the truck here for pickup in two days. Brian spent time with me showing me the differences in my 2005 Van virses the new one. The only thing I was not happy with was the price they offered me for my 2005 van. The truck was priced 2200.00 below the bottom of KBB'S REPORTED VALUE and that made me want to walk out and go to another dealership. We bought at the end of December and it took us close to 4 hours to finish the deal. It seemed like 3 hours of that was waiting to see the person where we had to sign all the paper work. I can truthfully rate their quality, service, friendliness, and pricing at a #5. They did a fine job working with me to reach an agreement on the model, features and price I felt good about for friendliness, and pricing at a #5. Tim brought several vehicles into the service garage for us to look over so we wouldn't be forced out into the cold December weather. He spent seven hours with us, helping us find exactly the right vehicle for us....he asked all the right questions to determine our needs and then went through everything on the car we selected to ensure we were comfortable and knew how to operate all the features. He spent two additional hours with us the next day going over the navigation and bluetooth systems. I have never experienced service at this level from any other car dealer! When we are in the market for our next car, you can be sure we will return to Wyler and will ask for Tim Donnellon! More

So, when the lease on my current vehicle was due to expire, I decided to shop for a new Chevrolet at Wyler's. I selected a Malibu and a very favorable financial deal was arranged. At the pre-arranged time, I found the car and paperwork ready and waiting. The paperwork was proceeding smoothly when Dave Hughes, Wyler' Sarvice Director, stopped and reaffirmed his staff's wish to assist me, should the need ever arise. I feel the transaction could be summed up using the original Wyler slogan: Chevrolets and eggs are cheaper and better in the country. More
