Right from the start I found Patrick to be very helpful, friendly and appreciated the fact that he was not a pressure salesman. Patrick was also very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot about the vehicle, which I didn't already know. The Grand Cherokee is a marvel in engineering and just the base model pretty much includes the right mix of luxuries one could ever want. It doesn't skimp on anything. For example, it comes with a wonderful sound system. You also enjoy all of the wonderful engineering that goes into the vehicle no matter if it's the base model or loaded with options. It's incredibly quiet and it's like driving around on a cushion of air. To make the experience even more enjoyable, I left with a full tank of gas. And when I left a couple of important items in my old truck (trade-in), Patrick promptly sent the items to me, which I received about a day later. Unfortunately, I live about an hour away, so I probably won't take advantage of the free car washes (as long as I'm the owner) offered by Jeff Wyler. More

The car we discussed on the phone was the car we received for the exact price that Samir quoted on the phone. Samir did not try to change or add things at the last minute nor did he bring anyone else into the transaction to pressure us. Samir made the experience one that we actually enjoyed. Typically, each moment that one spends at a car dealer is excruciatingly painful; however, the time with Samir passed very pleasantly. I think that a lot of people often forget about the importance of customer service but Samir is not one of those people. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with every step of the process - he even made tea and offered us hot chocolate. Samir answered all of our questions fully and ensured that we were 100% satisfied before we left. We had a slightly better deal at another dealership but chose to work with Samir because of his impeccable customer service skills.
