I was able to keep my appointment time and the service was completed in the amount of time I was told it would take to service my vehicle. I was provided with a shuttle to go have lunch at a nearby restaurant and then picked up by the shuttle after lunch and taken back to Jeff Wyler Kia. It was great not having to sit in the dealership and wait for my vehicle service to be completed. And it was lunchtime and I was really hungry. More

The sales department for the most part are deceptive prone to make promises without any follow up. Sale agents are prone to make side agreements to resolve issues only to have sales management renege on the obligation after the fact. Purchasing my vehicle from Jeff Wyler has been one of the greatest mistakes I have made. The brand new vehicle was delivered to me minus one of the Key Fobs, it was lost while it was used as a comp/demo car by management, the navigation system has a bad SD card and has never worked since I took possession of the vehicle, and the windshield was damaged. The sales man whom I negotiated the sales agreement resigned without notice and I have met with nothing but dead ends in trying to get my brand new 2019 Silverado made whole. More

Not even sure where to begin... My fiance bought a used car here on May 19, 2019. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the lot the engine light came on. Took it back the next day, no lo My fiance bought a used car here on May 19, 2019. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the lot the engine light came on. Took it back the next day, no loaner offered, and was kept for 4 days. Was told it was fixed, drove it home, again the check engine light came back on a short distance from the dealership. Back to this dealership it went, this time she was given a loaner car. Car was sent to a Ford dealership where it was kept for over a week. She got the car back June 7, (she has had it total of 3 -4 days since buying the car on May 19, 2019) The light came back on. This time for a new code. Now she can not get a call back or email response. The car came with a dealer warranty, yet that appears to mean nothing. The lack of response makes the situation worse: Timeline of this ordeal: I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion on May 19. 2019 and left the lot at aprox 4:30pm. On the way home, the service engine soon light came on after driving for aprox 20 miles. Since the dealer was closed, I called first thing in the morning. I was told to go to the used car department and speak to Carmella or Rick. I spoke to Carmella explained that the light had come on, she had a tech come out and read the code, he said it was a generic code. She told me to bring the car back the next day and that it was ok to drive the car. I returned that evening and left my car. The next day she called and said that they had looked at the car and replaced the breaks and rotors and a few other things, but the part to fix the light was not in stock and they would have to order it, and that it would not be in until Thursday or Friday, but I could pick up the car and drive it until then. I chose to leave the car as the logistics of dropping it off and such was too complicated. She called on Friday and said the car was ready, when I asked what the issue was she said it was a CO2 sensor. I picked up the car Friday afternoon, went to dinner and drove home. Within 20 miles, the light came on again. I returned to the dealer and was frankly treated poorly by the man who sold me the car. Another gentleman, Tim, took the car and said he would have it taken care of. Carmella called Saturday morning apologizing and stating they would give me a car to drive, as I was leaving town that week, I told her I would wait until I returned to see if they had the car fixed. I spoke to her on Friday the 31st and she said that they were sending the car to Beechmont Ford as their tech could not isolate the issue and to contact her when I got back on Monday so that she could give me a loaner car. I stopped on Monday the 3rd and picked up the loaner. Being told the car should be done on Thursday or Friday. Friday the 7th, Carmella called and I picked up my car. She gave me a receipt from Beechmont ford that stated they replaced the sensor, which I thought had been replaced on the 24th and said if I had any other issues to let her know, but she wasn’t sure if they would fix anything else. At this point I had driven the car less than 200 miles since purchase on 5/19. I drove the car home and the next morning, as I was driving to Eastgate, the light came back on. At this point, I had driven the car less than 30 miles. I called Carmella left a message, called and asked for a manger and left two messages with two different managers and sent an email to Tim Nix, whom I had contacted on the 20th of May. Called again this morning and left a message with Carmella with no response. More
