I needed a new van due to I don't get around very well, so I now have a wheel chair. I spent time driving around dealers to see what my options were. I was surprised at how many dealers I drove around wh so I now have a wheel chair. I spent time driving around dealers to see what my options were. I was surprised at how many dealers I drove around where no-one came out to help me. I also looked in the newspaper to see what was available. I saw that Jeff Wyler had a van at a very good price. You always hear about places having a good price just to get you in there. When I got there the van was gone, however they sold me a more expensive van at the same price. The person I was talking to on the phone, Ken, did whatever he could to help me. I must have called him a dozen times before I went to the dealer since it was on the other side of town. He was polite each time. He said I could have called more and he would have answered all my questions. When I got to the dealer Ken was busy with another customer so he told me Shawn would help me. He could have had me wait for him to finish and I would have waited. That just shows what J Wyler thinks about customer service. Shawn was just as nice as Ken. After I decided to buy the van Shawn and I was siting there waiting for finance, I saw some customers outside and I knew Shawn saw them also. I told him he could go wait on them I was fine. He would not hear of it. He said there was other salesmen. I was his customer right then (even though he knew he already had the sale.) It was totally worth the drive to the other side of town. I would di it again in a heart beat. Thanks Shawn & Ken for the wonerful experience buying my 2010 Grand Caravan. More

Good points: nice website, great selection, great used vehicle quality, nice facilities, friendly & helpful sales, paperwork process was quick Bad points: sales was a bit pushy, difficult to negotiate vehicle quality, nice facilities, friendly & helpful sales, paperwork process was quick Bad points: sales was a bit pushy, difficult to negotiate a lower price because the internet price was already lower than what was on the sales list??, a lot of waiting around, they didn't fill up the tank on the truck we purchased, the inside of the windshield was covered with interior glaze that was hard to remove, actual cost of the 3 year warranty was unexpectedly higher than originally explained.
