I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular, Bryan Sexton as a salesman. He was very knowledgable, friendly and very low key as I test drove four different cars. I wasn't ready to make a decision at that point and there was no pressure from Bryan. He was very respectful and promised to keep in touch (and did). I finally narrowed my selection down to three cars, only two of which could be found at this dealership. I talked with Bryan several times throughout my decision process and he was always VERY helpful and VERY patient! The other thing I really appreciated is that Bryan always made sure he told me the "out the door" price -- something I had to practically beg for at other dealerships. It showed that he was sensitive to the information I would need and not trying to make a car look artificially low-priced. After a couple weeks of researching, I finally decided on the Hyundai Elantra Touring. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to go through Bryan, since Hyundai is not sold at this dealership, but Bryan found me the car to my specifications in his network and had it delivered to his dealership. He worked with me to get exactly the price and options that worked best for me. I would say Bryan went above and beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We needed a reliable used car for our teenage daughter but did not want to spend a lot of money (5k or less). After doing a quick online trade-in evaluation (nice), we came in over lunch and looked at the car and test drove it. Whoever owned it before us took really good care of it, and we got a great car at a great price. Jerry and Matt made everything very simple, and gave us what we were looking for. This was a very simple and pleasant car buying experience! More
I highly recommend that if anyone has to have any service work done to their vehicle that they take pictures beforehand. I took my 2006 Nissan Murano into Jeff Wyler's service dept on a recall. I had purch work done to their vehicle that they take pictures beforehand. I took my 2006 Nissan Murano into Jeff Wyler's service dept on a recall. I had purchased the vehicle there new in 2006. After leaving my vehicle in the service area I went to the lounge to wait for the work to be completed. Several minutes later the serviceperson came in and asked me if I was aware of some damage to my vehicle to which I replied that I was not. He then said it looked like something had fallen on it in my garage. (I do not have a garage. I park my car in my driveway.) Thinking that it was probably a small ding or something that I had overlooked I did not think too much about it but when my husband and I went to get the car after the recall work was completed we were both very upset to see a large dent with extensive damage in the rear panel by the tail light on the passenger side. The damage did look like something had hit or fallen on the car. The damage was too high for it to have been another vehicle and there was no paint left on it by another vehicle. It was down to the bare metal. Mr Buckingham told my husband that the damage was done before the car was brought in and would not admit to any liability. He also said that there was residue on it that proved it was done beforehand but there was no rust or residue as he said. He was rude and did not act in a professional manner. We cannot prove that it was done there. It is their word against ours. We have contacted Nissan and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. Would I recommend them to anyone? Not on your life. More

I went to jeff wyler chevrolet with an offer in hand from another dealer and gave them the opportunity to beat the deal. They did. and I left with a new truck that I liked better than what the competition ha another dealer and gave them the opportunity to beat the deal. They did. and I left with a new truck that I liked better than what the competition had. the salesman (Ben) was young and inexperienced, but was friendly and working hard, he did an excellent job. The sales manager (L.B.) was there enough to make sure his new salesman was covering all the bases,while letting him learn his job, and was responsive to my offer of beating the competition.I have done buisiness with Wyler used cars twice in the past and have always left satisfied, now my positive experiences have carried over to new car sales.I glad to do buisiness with a company close to home and proud to buy american. They all work at Trentec here in Eastgate with me. They were ALL promised a tank of fuel. None of them have received a survey to date. I could provide you with E-mail addresses if needed. Now that I have received my fuel, they are somewhat disgruntled. Some one said maybe they threw them away. All three of them? I don't think so. These three potentially repeat customers need your help because they bought the trucks from Wyler and they feel that their hands are tied. Our Son went in looking for a Colbalt. They offered a great deal and were even going to take his car as a trade in which was not expected. But they didn't have a color he liked on their lot, so they went great deal and were even going to take his car as a trade in which was not expected.
