Jerry, Rodney, and the other guy, in the Chevy department, Blake Thompson and many more provide a positive customer relations. The Sales personal of Kia, Nissan, and Used Cars sales areas great customers who are just walking the lots during vehicle servicing with a warm welcome. The service waiting area is awesome too. It provides water, clean bathrooms, and fresh coffee free to the customers. Thank you It's great and about time. More

they made it easy My engine light came on when I was on I 71..of course that scared me..so I drove right to the service department at Chrystler Dodge at Eastgate..I pul My engine light came on when I was on I 71..of course that scared me..so I drove right to the service department at Chrystler Dodge at Eastgate..I pulled right in and was met by Steven Guevremont. within an hour they serviced my Crystler Pacifica and replaced a sensor. I was covered under warrenty. waited in the waiting area and they had a wonderful coffee machine and access to water and snacks..So easy and had a peace of mind as they did other service checks on the car and received a clean bill of health. More

I did not buy my car here, and I was not a regular cu This dealership had no reason to do anything but the inspections and repairs for which I asked. I did not buy my car here, and I was not a regular customer. I was having a lot of trouble with the place I did buy my car as well as with other repair shops. Though I'm a woman, the service staff listened to me, and discussed my situation with me with the respect every person deserves. They made calls for me and filled out paperwork for these other companies with which I was having disagreements very quickly and with a positive attitude. I was way more trouble than I was worth, but they just kept on doing everything they could for me, especially Perk Elliot. More
